| | Bread Kugel | | | - 3/4 lb. challah, broken in pieces, soaked in hot water and drained.
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp. cinammon
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup golden raisins
- 2 apples, peeled and chopped.
Lightly grease a 9"x11" baking dish and pour in mixture. Sprinkle a little sugar, cinammon and nut mixture on top and bake at 350 for 45 minutes. |
